New to the Garden Shop Nursery

We are pleased to bring the Kids Gardening Club to our list of events. You may sign up by calling the nursery, or sending a note to marnie@gardenshopnursery.com. There are 4 classes scheduled starting February 4th. Classes will be held at 12:00pm, and be here at the Garden Shop Nursery. This is a FREE garden club, but space is limited. Children should be 6 to 12 years old.

2-11-2012 Terrarium Workshop
Make your sweetheart a special gift, a terrarium. Join Kat Geiger, owner of Green under Glass for a guided class and make your owner terrarium for a great Valentines Day gift. Gentlemen and Ladies are welcome. Call the Garden Shop Nursery to reserve your spot. Cost of the class is $45.00, payable to Kat Geiger. This class will begin at 10:00am.

2-18-2012 Bored Gardeners Workshop
For years I have collecting interesting information on how to recycle you soil bags, plastic plant containers, caring for plants in bad weather and more. Now is a great time to meet with fellow gardeners and enjoy a great class on planning for a great spring garden. Join our Garden Coach, Marnie Brennan for something a bit different but a lot of fun! This class will begin at 10:00am.

2-25-2012 Simple Seed Starting Workshop
Now is the time get your seeds started for spring and summer crops. Join Marnie Brennan, our Garden Coach for this hands on workshop and learn all you need to know to start your own seeds. The class will cover everything including how to keep them healthy for spring planting. This class will begin at 10:00am.
